Description: The Registered Behavior Technician qualification is one that has recently begun to take hold as an established credential in the eyes of ABA agencies and insurance providers. This participation based online learning will help Board Certified Behavior Analysts better understand the role and ethical pitfalls of supervising an RBT in the workplace, whether it be in the home or clinic environment or in the classroom. Using strong empirical basis to discuss issues pertinent to the supervision of RBTs, participants will also utilize the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for an enhanced understanding of approaching the complexities of ethical scenarios that we often face in our supervisory activities.
