For Early Achievers "records review," we need to mention that we have a plan in place for getting help from a professional if we have a child with challenging behavior. [After the training] we are using the Snack Talks laminated visual aids for snack and lunch times to facilitate child-child socialization and verbalization! The overall subject and the ways it is being addressed is very relevant, practical, and helpful. I was grateful to learn strategies for preventing challenging behavior, strategies for how to manage it when it happens, and strategies for managing my own emotions and thoughts in these situations.
