Description: Join us as we discuss ways to strengthen collaboration and teaming with special education and general education colleagues. This session will share examples of ways to organize staff, meet and share information about routines, and create a shared vision of teaming.

Objective: After viewing a PowerPoint about strategies for teaming and collaboration, participants will create a plan with 3 new ways to collaborate with colleagues.

Description: Are you frustrated by students’ behavior in your classroom? Does it feel like you are constantly redirecting learners and putting out fires? Do things in your classroom feel hectic? If this is you, come join us for a refresher on Classroom Positive Behavior Intervention and Support! We will talk about ways to prevent behaviors that are challenging from occurring, and design plans to implement in your classroom. 

Objectives:
1) Discuss and analyze ways to teach classroom expectations and set learners up for success.
2) Create plans for teaching expectations in your classroom.

Title: A Picture is Worth 1,000 Words: Visual Supports in Inclusive Early Childhood Settings

Description: Visual Supports are one of the most effective strategies for supporting ALL young children in inclusive early learning settings. But, there is often not enough time for teachers to find or create the visuals necessary to support children. Come join us as we discuss and share a range of visual supports, including social emotional learning visuals, play visuals, and mealtime visuals. Participants will have access to every visual we share, ready to print and be used in your classroom!

Objectives:
1) Discuss how visual supports can promote engagement, participation, and access in early learning settings.
2) Review and analyze specific visuals to be used in your classroom.
