Mackenzie is a partner manager at the Haring Center for Inclusive Education. She received her Masters in Early Childhood Education from San Francisco State University.

Mackenzie specializes in supporting teachers, home visitors, classrooms and programs in implementing the Pyramid Model framework to support young children’s social emotional development.

Mackenzie has provided training and coaching extensively with Head Start programs, Early Intervention and Early Childhood Special Education programs, childcare centers and school districts. She began her career as a Head Start teacher and later worked as a Head Start administrator.
